Copper deficiency symptoms:
Symptoms not quite so specific as for most other trace elements. In the early stages the only apparent effect may be reduced growth and yield. Symptoms at later stages include:

Partially or completely withered heads
Leaf tips wither, droop, turn pale and die
Youngest leaves turn light green, dry up and die
Inward rolling of leaves, leaf distortion, yellowing and chlorosis of leaf margins
Legumes show leaf cupping, a more erect growth habit, and maybe death of leaf margins
